Ben's KLCC has poor quality service

I went to Ben's for the first time today in KLCC.

The food were overall good, if not, perfect. But the service is really bad.

We waited at the front door for so long until someone finally came and welcomed us to our seat. Then we had to wave our hands frantically before getting a waiter to finally come and take our orders. By the time the waitress finally came to our table, she took our orders as if she was trying to catch a train. Right after each of us ordered our food, she took away the menu instantly. I felt like I needed to order quickly before she leaves our table or I would have to wave my hands frantically again to get someone to take my orders.

Service was really slow and bad, the waiter and waitress were not friendly, and doesn't seem to welcome us as guests at all.

I would love to introduce my friends to Ben's as the food is great. But I don't think I will as the service is really bad.

To be honest, I would rather go for a restaurant with average food and great service, than a restaurant with great food and lousy service.

We ARE paying the service tax after all.
