Correct that sentence! I lost 14kg in LESS THAN 3 months!!!
I started my diet in June 2010, and I've already lost 14kg now in late August.
I used to be very overweight when I was 13 for some of you who didn't know. To read more on my past transformation, click

Anyway, I was 76kg back then when I was 13. I have to mention my height so you'll know how big size I was. I am 168cm, easily pass for a 170cm.
When I was 13, my mom helped me went on a diet whereby I ate everything in less portion. I managed to loose 22kg in 9 months time.
My weight was 54kg after the diet, and when I started eating normal again, my weight went up to 58kg and maintain ever since then for several years.
That was until last year, when I got really upset and started eating super nice stuff with friends. It's like having a gourmet meal for every meal every day.
So eventually, my weight went up from 58kg to a shocking 64kg over the year.
My face never look fat even though my weight gained. Friends of friends would say I look pretty and then my friends would say "Have you seen her???". Basically they were laughing at my body, which was a very hurtful experience btw.
I've always wanted to go on a diet but I'm the queen of procrastination, and gave myself the infamous excuse every girl gives themselves, "I'll start my diet tomorrow".
So when June was approaching, I realized I'm not getting any younger (My birthday is in June FYI). So I had to start my diet, it's a now or never thing already. People don't get to loose/gain much weight as their age increases.
So I started myself on a low calorie diet, with only about 200calories per meal, and 6 hours in between each meal, and before bed time. Only warm water or green tea for the entire diet duration.
It was super hard for the first month, the craving was a killer. If you're on my FB, you'd know about my craving for cheeseburgers!!! FML.
Things got much easier entering the second month. No more cravings and definitely no hunger at all.
The 3rd month was a breeze. You'd practically be repulsed by fatty food. It's like being normal except that you can't wait to end the diet.
For the first month of my diet, I lost 6kg. In the second month, I lost another 5kg. In the third month (more like half a month), I lost 2kg.
I didn't manage to lose much weight in the third month most probably coz I didn't have much excess weight to lose anymore.
So before June, I was 168cm and 64kg. Now by end of August, I'm 168cm and 50kg. =)
You can't really see the difference here coz I used to photoshop my photos. Now I don't even photoshop them anymore, I'd just adjust the levels and colors!!! To really see the difference, you've gotta meet me in real life. =)
Inches lost:
Arm: 3 inches
Waist: 5 inches
Hip: 5inches
Tigh: 4 inches
Calf: 1.5 inches (dammit, can't lose this part)
3 months ago I used to wear a M size for tops, and now I wear S size.
3 months ago I used to wear L for bottoms, and sometimes even XL jeans don't fit me. Now I wear a M size jeans, and could fit into an S size bottom anytime.
My clothes are now all too big on me. The tops, skirts, jeans, and most of the dresses don't look fit on me anymore. I desperately need to do some shopping.
My flesh is very soft and flabby so I desperately need to go to gym to get myself toned up. But that'll have to wait til after next month coz I'll be having my finals for the very last time soon!!!
