Percy Jackson and Dome

Ok I was up the whole last Saturday night until Sunday noon coz the jimuis were over at my place gambling non stop. XD

I was so darn tired on Sunday but I only managed to sleep for 4 hours coz my dad's staff came visiting and I had to play partial host. Bout night time Louis asked me out for a movie so we went to Pavilion.

After getting our movie tickets, we headed to Dome for some snack coz I haven't had my dinner but I wasn't really very hungry.

Nice.

They've got this tea time promotion but the treats looks too colorful to me. =.=

Louis wasn't feeling well coz he had too much to drink the night before at Library and also coz he lost alot of money to my jimuis during the gambling session. LOL. And I was also down with a slight fever that afternoon. So we had one Caramel ice blended something and a glass of warm water.

It's been quite awhile since I last dined in Dome but I sure as hell remember that their Wild Mushroom soup was the best. =p

Just like I said before, the soup was just fantastic. =p Oh ya, the movie we watched was Percy Jackson and the lighting thief. I actually really like the movie. It was simple but interesting. I think the movie are for those who like non complicated storyline (aka for kids). The movie lasted bout 2 hours or so.

So I got a few text messages from a few friends telling me that I was on The Sun newspaper last Wednesday, 17th February. Why? Coz I won the Carlsberg Christmas Tree Contest.

So as you can see, there was no photo of me in the article although I really wish there was. XD But I guess it's ok since they mention my blogging name instead of my real name. Don't think anyone would even remember the name if JieJun Lan was used instead of JunJun-Riko.

Gambling in Genting

CNY week was really a killer. I hardly had any good sleep and I was busy all the time, but it was really fun. Went up to Genting with Louis and the gang last Friday night.

We got there at about 10pm and we headed straight to the casino. It was the only reason they headed up to Genting in the first place. XD

Then as I was about to enter the casino, something really flattering happened!

The guard at the door actually asked me: "Ah moi, umur berapa?".

Hahahaha. Tha guard was asking bout my age! I don't look like 21 meh??? LOL. Anyway I thought it was really flattering coz everyone always say that I look a few years older than my actual age.

One of the guys joked around and asked if the guard was asking whether I'm from China or what. I don't care. Be it the guard ask bout my age or if I'm from China, they're both flattery to me. XD

The guys then went and started their gambling. Everyone but one lost their money. XD Louis lost RM300 to the casino, genius. XD

Anyway, we didn't stay long there. Just as soon as everyone lost their budget, we headed back to KL for supper. =p

Genting was really breezy and cold that night!

Ok I'm back!!! Actually, not really also.

I was really busy throughout the CNY week and I'll be busier this coming week since I have like tons of assignments and reports deadline this week.

Don't really have much to blog about or anything interesting about my CNY to tell, it was just normal. Anyway, I'll update ASAP.

But for now, do miss me.

Louis Voon's 25th Birthday!!!

Haha. It's not my birthday but still I must spam a photo of me in this post. Why?

Here's how the whole pre birthday celebration planning went. I told Louis that I'm broke (coz I really am), and that I am not going to buy him a birthday gift. Knowing how stingy I am with my money, he believed me (another fact is also coz he believes whatever I say). Then I told him that I wanted to have dinner with him in Mid Valley on his birthday. He smart ass-ly guessed two places that I was gonna bring him to dine, Italiannies and Delicious. Haha! So I decided to follow the flow and told him ya, it was gonna be Delicious. Talk about ruining the surprise for him!!! Damn potong steam for him. Haha.

But on the day itself, I took him to San Francisco Steakhouse, my original first choice. I caught him by surprise and I liked it!!! Haha.

I book the whole restaurant for him. XD

I can still remember his expression, surprised yet glad. Hahaha. I've never been more successful in preparing a surprise. XD

It was my first time dining in San Francisco Steakhouse too, so I was as excited as he was when ordering our food. XDXD

Ok the food was damn filling. Halfway through my food I was already feeling stuffed. I had to force myself to finish up the remaining half of my burger.

After dinner we sat and chat awhile and then I went to the loo to wash my hands. But before I went to the loo, I told the waiter to bring out the birthday cake that I had specially made for him. =)

He was surprised again!!! Haha. I is damn clever.

I woke up at 7am that day just to prepare the cake. I was darn happy that the cake turned out just perfect and it tasted more than perfect. I'm even craving for the cake right now!

Then the 3rd surprise I had installed for him was... *drum rolls*... A birthday gift!!!

One Utama outing

Went to One Utama with Louis on Sunday. I think for my whole life I've only been to One Utama like less than 7 times?

I remember going there by myself via public transport once 2 years back. It was such an awful experience. I had to take the Putra LRT from Setiawangsa to Kelana Jaya, nvm. Then from there I had to take a taxi to One Utama mall coz I don't know how to take a bus. And being in a very strange surrounding (it was my first time going to One Utama by myself), I didn't know I had to cross the road to take a taxi. Instead I took the taxi on the LRT station side, and the taxi charged me RM15. o.O Same goes to the journey back coz the taxi there only charged by tickets. I'm such a noob around that area. That's why I never went back there by myself unless someone was driving.

Anyway, I did some shopping around, window shopping only. And I finally went in Cotton On. I've been dying to go there coz I dunno why but I never seem to come across the shop when I'm in Pavilion. o.O

I heard a very disturbing news from the cashier though, it seems that there've been about 4 reports of lost of personal belongings in the shop in less than 1 hour!!! OMG pickpockets!!! I got so worried and frightened I held my handbag real tightly.

This is not a matter of kiasu ok? Even though I didn't have more than RM100 cash in my purse and I didn't brought my Samsung Jet along that day, I am not about to lose my IC again!!!

The current IC I'm using now is the freaking 3rd one already ok???!!!! Die die also gonna protect it.

Walked around then we had our early dinner at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng. Dunno why I'm in love with Borsch soup ler... But I think the one in Kim Gary is way nicer. =p

Brownie's trip to the pet shop

Mom, sis and me brought Brownie to the pet shop on Saturday. Brownie needed some trimming off her nails, they're freaking long and sharp already.

I took some photos of Brownie while on our journey. She was really excited and happy.

So cute... But!!! When we entered the pet shop, the workers just pulled Brownie's leash and brought her in to the grooming room. Brownie got so scared she was shivering all the way. She even mini-poop in the room coz she was just too darn afraid. And the worst thing was, we were not allowed in to the room!!!

Poor Brownie!!!

She got so shaken up that once the workers were done with her, she quickly jump on me and wanted to leave the shop... Poor BeePoo (That's my nick for Brownie).

Brownie even puked her lunch as soon as we arrived home. And she's still kinda emo today, and her appetite hasn't been good lately. We're all so worried. =(

Camwhore Reasons

I love taking photos coz I look sooooooooo much nicer in photos.

3 reasons:

1. I'm photogenic by nature.
2. I take photos only from a certain angle.
3. I use photoshop.

So ya, that's basically the 3 reasons why I haven't agreed to any photoshoot request or why I have yet to have any photoshoot photos. Nobody can catch the right angle like I can catch of myself, and other people tend to photoshop me way over the top until I don't look normal.

So my only choice is to camwhore, but damn kesian coz always also missing one arm in the photos. Sien.

Brownie escapes from home!

Brownie is being such a bitch lately.

Just the other day when my friend opened the house gate, she ran out and as I called her name, the further she ran away. I chase, and she ran even further. I tried luring her with stuff but no use, she just keep running.

WTF Imagine chasing after a dog at 2pm in KL!!! Hot like shit ok?!

She thinks it's fun. I'm staying in a Malay area and trust me, it will so not be fun if she just so happens to be in contact with a Malay passer by. And WTF she crosses the road without even looking, luckily my housing area is really peaceful that there's hardly any cars around.

As soon as I managed to catch her by the collar, I gave a few hard slaps on her butt and she lay down on the floor instantly not moving. I carried her back home and she didn't struggle a bit. (She knows she's in deep shit.) Then she's OMFG so heavy that I couldn't carry her no more halfway through the journey. She sat on the floor and I pulled her by the collar asking her to walk by herself, but no... She had to be a bitch and won't budge, not even a bit. So I had to carry her again all the way home.

Damn she's one spoil lil bitch.

CNY plans

Lately I've been really really lifeless. I hardly go out to anywhere fancy, or do anything special coz I'm kinda tight in the pockets, and also, I need to baby sit Brownie most of the time.

Last week I went to my aunt's house warming and her house looked amazing. I especially loved every one of her toilets coz of the huge mirrors and awesome lighting. Awesome for camwhoring.

Anyway, CNY fall on the same date as Valentine's. Hooray, no need to celebrate Valentine's day this year coz I'm very bitter towards all sweet loving couples. XD

I'll be going back to Kuantan from the 13th until 17th, then head back to Seremban on the 18th and back on the same day. Then will be going to Genting with a bunch of friends on the 19th and back on the 20th (if there's no changes), and also a CNY small party with my jimuis on the night of 20th. Yup, that's my whole CNY week. No time for Valentine's at all. LOL.

And I've no idea if I could schedule enough posts for the whole week of CNY. Let's just hope that I have the time, or else my blog will be so dead until the point whereby it's useless for me to even update my blog anymore.

I still haven't got myself a buyer for the ZARA dress and I'm bumped about it. WTF. If nobody's interested I guess I'll just have to keep it. But I need the money more than I need the dress. Why can't anyone be interested in that sexy dress??!!!
