Prize giving ceremony at Teeq Restaurant

Ok this is a late post coz I've been really busy lately plus I just got the photos on Friday and I needed some time to process the photos.

This actually happened on the 8th of December, last Tuesday. As you all know I won the Samsung Jet phone from the "If I'm a Storm Warrior" post. So EON Bank had a prize giving ceremony held at Teeq Restaurant which was located at the roof of Lot10.

This is how I look for the day.

I had a very bad hair day that day, my hair was like all sticky and wet even though I just washed my hair that morning and my hair was already dry. I took freaking miserable photos all because of my lousy hair. Sigh...

So I met up with Cayenne and Tallboyz and we enter Teeq Restaurant.

They served lotsa drinks and I kinda tasted everyone of them. LOL. There were press there so during the prize giving ceremony we didn't get to snap much photos coz we were needed on stage so that the press could photograph us. Wonder if I would appear in the newspaper??? LOL.

Then after I got the Samsung Jet, it was makan time. I was actually more looking forward to makan time than getting the phone. LOL.

I've never been to Teeq Restaurant but I've heard of them. There were a few reviews bout them saying they served Asian cuisine which made the place very common, plus their table seats were very far apart, thus wasting space, and that the service was rather poor. But based on my experience on that day, I thought it was pretty fine. =)

We had to dine outside at first coz the press conference was still going on inside. The view outside was kinda nice. Lotsa greens which we don't usually get to see on the streets of KL. It was kinda humid but it was still acceptable.

Then Rayden from EON Bank came over to our table and offered us if we would like to proceed inside to continue our brunch/lunch. Then Rayden offered to be my Ah Sei (servant) by carrying all my stuff back into the restaurant including my plate of food and drink. LOL. But then I ended up being Tallboyz's Ah Sei coz he needed help with his camera. XD

Their beef lasagna was awesome, I loved it!!! I liked the bread too but there's this big disappointment that came along with it, the restaurant has no butter or whatsoever??!!!! WTF!!! How to eat bread with no butter!!! T___T

KarVinn came in representative of his friend who was unable to come and collect his prize, which was a pair of Storm Warriors' Sword Pendrive.

Oh before we left, we took a picture holding the replica of the Storm Warrior's sword too. =)

Many thanks to EON Bank for the wonderful experience, and the food of coz. LOL. We had lotsa fun minus the waiting. =p But it was still very nice coz we had the opportunity to meet more people. =)

So the ceremony ended at bout 1pm and it was still early. I wanted to head to Pavilion and watch a movie by myself at first but then I got an offer from someone to go all the way to Sunway to visit his office. Well, it beats being alone or going home that early, so off I went.

You'd think that after being at work almost everyday the last place I would wanna go is to an office. That's what I thought too. No idea why I went there also. =.=" As I said, it beats being alone or going home that early. LOL.

Shitness, I'm not sure how to spell his name coz people normally just call him Voonie, coz his surname is Voon. Hahahaha. Anyway, I went to his office just to fall asleep on the table and him playing with my new Samsung Jet. =.="

Luckily it wasn't soon after that he could leave and we had dinner then I'm back home again, in my bed. LOL. I was really exhausted coz the walking distance from KL Sentral's monorail to KL Sentral's KTM has greatly increased. WTF. It's not easy walking in heels ok???

Anyway, we got out Storm Warriors movie screening tickets during the prize giving ceremony.

Each of us in the cinema got 1 can of coca-cola drink and a small popcorn as courtesy from GSC. Such nice treatment. =)
